Maar competitie ligt op de loer middels het echtpaar Raymond en Conny, dat vrouwelijke lifters kidnapt om ze vervolgens door hun butler te laten bezwangeren, zodat ze de baby's kunnen verkopen aan lesbische koppels. Divine gaat de strijd genadeloos aan.
